Horror Nights – Sleepaway Camp

by

Sleepaway Camp a treasured B-rated horror film that has been parodied many times. The film focuses on a silent girl who is goes to camp with her cousin. Slowly the camp devolves into a grisly horror show when people start showing up dead.

Felissa Rose plays the creepy Angela. She has the most perfect dead stare. The film is kooky and deals with a lot of issues that we right now are pretty prevalent. I really enjoy the film because it pushed boundries and took time to show people who were terrible getting theirs.

The murders are silly and of course gruesome. It’s just a great camp film. I wish we got more horror films about sleepaway camps because they are always so entertaining and have such great fun stories to tell.
